Atlantic County
Where we operate out of (Mays Landing) and where most of our work happens. Same-week walkthroughs standard, same-day for retainer emergencies.
Cape May County
Heavy seasonal volume on Ludlam Island and Seven Mile Island — Sea Isle and Stone Harbor. Off-season scheduling preferred for major remodels.
Camden County
Inland Pinelands-edge — Winslow Township's Sicklerville and Williamstown areas. Walkthroughs same-week or next-week depending on schedule.
How service area shapes pricing & response.
For most projects, where you are doesn't change the price — we don't surcharge for distance within our normal footprint. What it does change is scheduling slack: we can usually get to a same-week walkthrough in Atlantic County (where our shop is), where in Cape May during peak season we may be a week or two further out. Camden County's Winslow Township is at the outer edge of our routine area — same-week or next-week walkthroughs depending on the schedule.
For retainer clients, the SLAs are uniform across the full footprint — same-day for emergencies, 48-hour for routine, regardless of which town the unit is in. That's the whole point of the retainer.
Outside the towns listed above, we do travel for the right project — large additions, repeat-client retainers, the occasional referral. If your town isn't on the list, ask. We may not be the right fit for a small one-day job at distance, but we're often the right fit for a larger remodel.
